You will be given consideration for Prestige Scholarships at Carleton University only if you are getting into Carleton directly from high school or CEGEP. For all prestige scholarships, you are required to attain an admission average of 90 percent or better. The selection committee will also evaluate the range of your community or high school extra-curricular undertakings.

Eligibility for Prestige Scholarships at Carleton University
- To be given consideration for Prestige Scholarships at Carleton University, you are getting into Carleton for the first time from secondary school or CEGEP and have no former attendance at post-secondary academic institutions (college or university).
- For all prestige scholarships, you’ll require an admission average of 90 per cent or higher.

- Candidates submitting an application are required to have an admissions average of 90% or higher plus a proven history of leadership roles in their extracurricular undertakings all through secondary school.
- Candidates are not required to include any extra attachments (e.g. portfolios, resumes, certificates, photos, etc.). However, if required, candidates may re-type the questions with their responses (this will not be seen as an attachment).
- Individuals writing the reference for the candidate may submit their recommendation as a separate attachment (only one reference per applicant will be accepted).
